"I needed a very small part for my kitchen faucet and Ferguson didn't have it in stock, but Jeremy took the time and effort to call around to their other suppliers until he found one, which was mailed to them. He called me back within a few days to say the part was there and when I went to pick it up it was marked "Free"! I know it was a small inexpensive part, but I was more than willing to pay for the time and effort if nothing else. I was told not to worry about it. I call that outstanding customer service."
