"The weather was great today, so we headed over to our OSH for items to complete yard work. I immediately noticed how clean the store was, and several employees greeted offering to help us locate what we were seeking. At checkout, Nathan and Joe were exceptionally helpful and Nathan even asked if we needed help to our car. We did. He personally helped us. This is the service more companies should provide. "I drove across town after calling for something that they said they had, but didn’t. As I entered the store behind a man with a dog, their automatic door slammed into my right side , which later developed bruising. I told 3 people, one a mgr and none of them asked me if I was okay. They got one star bc one employee tried to help me find what they said they had. I am a disabled senior. I will not go there again bc of their lack of concern or care regarding my injury by the door"
"Huge selection of everything. Got help finding 'off the wall' items very quickly. BTW they sell awesome pies, frozen to go ! Who'da thunk ??? Very similar and equal to the OSH that was there !"
"I came here for a few items and was impressed with the new store. I'm glad to see a new hardware store in town, as I absolutely can't stand going to Lowes or Home Depot. The staff were super helpful, which is something you rarely see in a big box hardware store. I plan on making this my go-to spot for all of my hardware needs."
