"You’re better off. Going to Home Depot. Stay away from this place. I purchased minimal attachments for electrical outlets. They charged double here versus Home Depot. Cents to the that charge. Then when you want to return, they charge you 25% of that return. So you bought three outlets and they keep 25% of that cost basically. RIDICULOUS… My Advise… STAY AWAY!!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had. On Memorial Day, I called to see if they were open, they answered the phone and refused to say what their hours were. I should have seen the red flag right then and there. Once the employee admitted they were open, I decided to drive over to see if they had a part for a Toto toilet. They had zero customers, but three employees talking to each other at the counter. Not only were they rude and dismissive, he refused to try and help – instead he looked on his computer, scrolled very fast and said "which one of these is your toilet?" All in all, not a responsible way to deal with customers. Be wary with this place, not only are they clearly miserable with their job, they are rude and will take it out on you."
