"So something about the brickyard contrary to almost any other material place most guys here are usually really nice fast and friendly I was taken care of by a young girl Hispanic girl I can't I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and so awesome and so nice I believe she went above and beyond trying to find and help me look for what I needed and the fastest possible way The guys at the yard were loaded in super fast I've had times where I need to load things on my truck and I do it on my own this young kid helped me out real fast and cut my time 1/2 so of course I give him a tip It may not be the whole world to him but I hope that he understood that I appreciated his efforts overall everyone that I encounter at this place was super nice and helpful thank you"

"I'm very dissatisfied with the way they work their deliveries. I placed my order for my pavers a week ago ( Aug 28th) to be delivered on Friday Sept 2 between 12pm an 4pm, they showed up at my house at 725am without a prior phone call telling me it was being delivered earlier. I was at another Jon site 45 min away. They didn't want to reliever it in the afternoon as what was promised when I placed the order. They said they could deliver it on tue the 6th, which totally blows my plans for the 3 day weekend. We ended up canceling the order. Guess they are doing so well that they don't need the business or my future contracting business. Once again, thanks for blowing up my 3 day weekend!! Incompetence at its finest..."

"Met my contractor at BBM today, Monday at 9 a.m. The parking lot was already full! They have a nice variety of stones and pavers to see as examples in the parking lot across from the entrance of their building. For my contractor, this place as a very large inventory and great pricing! I'm at the beginning stages of designing both my front and back yards, as well as the side yard and driveway. It was fairly easy to order paver samples, and they even have complementary catalogs from different brands. Waiting in line was short, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They set up the invoice for my samples, I paid, and then picked them up around the corner. There are people driving forklifts are fulfilling the orders, and they will instruct you to pull your vehicle to the right of the driveway and will help load it for you should you need. Very easy process, especially when you're there with your contractor!"
