"This place is not for RV's. Oil and filter change took one week, and I had to make several trips with no result. The owner/manager broke the entry door lock and refuse to replace it. He said he's am not responsible for it, and made me buy the part. i had no choice but to spend $170.81 to buy new lock. Very disappointed for his dishonesty and lack of professionalism so I am thinking to take him to small claim court. It's really not only the money, but the way he handle it so he deserve to spend a day at the court, have fun, and pay. The floor staff are super nice I have to say that, and they feel bad for what I went through."

"They did an excellent job work on my Motorhome RV! Rats bite my motorhome’s engine wires when I parked at public storage! Caused check engine light on, engine lost of power, AC only blow hot air... I am glad that I found Vonic. They fixed it in a week and not only saved me a lot of money (if this bring to RV dealer, I can’t imagine how much it will cost to get the engine wires replaced) and also get it done before our booked family RV trip. (Otherwise we will need to cancel the trip, which is the only spring break my kids able go for RV camping, after being stuck at home for almost a year during this pandemic.) Staffs (Rick & Justin) are very friendly and professional!! Highly recommended and best place for motorhome RV services! (They are very knowledgeable in RV, they fixed my engine wires, oil change, Air condition, Power Generator services and etc!) They do solar panels installation for RV too! Thank you!"

"Motor coach service grease spots left in carpet, dip stick was not correctly installed making a huge mess with oil everywhere, Jack's where left down when I was told everything was ready to go? A small thing but why not put them up really making things ready to go..... I will not be back!"

"Took my Rv in for brake controller and 12v wiring into 7way trailer plug . Was charged 3 hours @126 an hour for what looked like a 10m job that they didn’t even do correctly. Didn’t install a circuit breakers like they said they would , and didn’t wire 12v for trailer power . Won’t ever do business with them again."
