"Called up the day before I purchased an alternator for my car. Employee says that they have one and I ask them to put it on hold. Employee refuses and says “ it will be here.” Then I asked if he can test it on the spot before purchase. Employees response… “ it will work.” Show up the next day and two new employees test the alternator. Broken wheel and failed. New employees tell me it’s also at another shop on Lincoln. They called ahead. Show up to the other store. No alternator. They send me over to another store and call right in front of me and apologize. Btw the first employees name is Jake. I did get that alternator eventually though."

"Purchased a multi function switch lever to replace an old one since my mom's low beams weren't turning on but her parking lights and high beams were. Turns out I'm an idiot that didn't know I had to pull the lever forward instead of back to change high beams to low beams. Came back later that night to see if I could return it and he helped me out with the return even though they don't typically do return on those types of parts. It was greatly appreciated."

"I purchased a battery just over a year ago you were still under warranty I came here to get a new battery because the one I had kept dying they try to charge me $50 because the price of my battery went up since I bought it last. They said it was part of their policy the manager said he's been there for 30 years and it's always been like that so I asked him okay go get me a printout of this policy or show it to me that it's on the receipt because I've never heard of this. So after standing there for 20 minutes waiting for him to go find it he sends one of his employees back to me and says okay you're good I said oh no no no you're not getting off that easy I want you to show me where this policy is shown at after waiting there another 20 minutes the manager said that he could not find it I can imagine how many people they've been ripping off with this supposed policy"
