"Came in as soon as they opened assuming I had a bad starter. They did a diagnostic test & come to find out it was just a faulty battery . I’m glad auto zone was next door because i still had warranty on that battery . The mechanic walked my battery next door and picked up a new one. He installed it so fast . I was out of there within 30 min . I had my toddler with me so i was so happy. The front desk lady was very nice as well . Thank you pep boys"

"This guys just here rip you off. First they told me to you need to change ur wipers. And everything ok. They were asking $70 for wipers. And I changed my wiper myself . Now they saying I need the change my front wheel. And asking $200. Don’t come here"
"My car was overheating while on a road trip. Not being from the area, I did a quick internet search and found this Pep Boys location nearby and open on Sunday. I called, explained the issues and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. I was kept informed during the entire process as the technician did trouble shooting and inspection. They were able to identify the issue quickly, order parts for the same day and I have my repairs. As a courtesy they were even able to store my vehicle overnight, so I did not have to miss family time. The pricing was reasonable, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Since this was all happening during my vacation, it was certainly reassuring the level of communication through the entire process."
"First and foremost I want to thank Joe from the moment I called to ensure they were available for a vehicle inspection to the awesome service in person. I drove to this farther location due to the LH store giving me the run around for 2 days straight for small inconveniences. I got my car inspected on the spot and Joe even had the form printed out when the other store would not even help me if I didn’t go in with my own copy. You can say my home Pep Boys store is definitely the Anaheim location now. Ask for Joe in regards to any service you won’t regret it and Giselle was the sweetest front associate that made me feel very comfortable."
