"My husband and I went into the Berkeley location this morning and was never greeted (no good morning, no if you need help let me know) or acknowledged. We left and not a word was spoken by any staff member to us during the entire time we were looking around. No one looked up from their desk/monitors to say anything or help. We were in the market for a slab for an island and countertops, and were hoping to get help to place an order. 9/29/21 Update I wanted to update my review with 5 Stars! We went to All Natural Stone in Burlingame and we were pleasantly surprised with the great service we received. We worked with Sherri Jarrett and got the A+ treatment. We purchased our slabs from All Natural Stone and are more than happy with the results. Sherri made sure that the veins on the island matched the waterfall sides. Definitely the WOW factor."
