"The beautiful showroom, stocked with a solid range of elegant kitchen and bath brands, doesn't disappoint. It has been a pleasure to wander the aisles and discover new products and product lines from the U.S. and around the world, in addition to knowing the store can order any of the more standard brands/products too. The sales staff is quite knowledgeable -- often identifying products from web photos I pull up on the spot! Visitors are given plenty of space to peruse, but sales staff are on hand (and quite generous with their time!) the moment you need them. With a keen eye for style and detail, Norma has especially been a huge help -- helping me find just the right, coordinated look when I felt the need to mix-and-match products/product lines to achieve what I wanted. Holding back the last star until I can comment on the ordering process. Service is definitely 5-star though! Update: I ordered all the sinks, faucets, shower heads and shower trim from this store, in addition to my tub, garbage disposer, and built-in kitchen water filter. Orders came as promised, delivery was easy, and when my tub arrived with a mark that wouldn't buff out/clean off, it was replaced speedily and hassle-free. 5-stars!"
