Then another week to get prices. Jeff was there same day, on time and very professional. Found the match to exsisting floor and had an estimate for me next day. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Go straigh here. Oh and he beat the pricing on the one that finally got back to me."

They have an excellent selection in various price ranges and they know their products but, the real value in shopping with Mertel is the customer service. We were not the easiest of clients, we were indecisive and on a budget, they were so accommodating and spent a ton of time with us.
