"I don’t know her name but the girl with the black short hair and piercing needs to learn how to treat customers. My mother was waiting to be rung up at the register and this girl just ignored her. When I asked why she didn’t saying anything to my mother she just looked at me. I don’t know if she has a problem with black people but whatever it is please learn to be a decent human being. "Great place for crafts. My kids love it at Michael's, too. My daughter loves the selection of pens and pencils with big paper for her to draw on for hours.
