"I paid a $75 depatch fee for somone to come look at a job and provide an estimate for me on Oct. 4, 2023, which I needed to be done quickly. I have yet to receive an estimate for the work and it is currently Oct 17th. I understand that things happen and people go on vacation and/or are out of the office. However, many plumbing issues are time sensitve and to have this much turnaround is not what I expected. I guess I wasted my $75."

"On January 26th, I scheduled an appointment for Cedar Bluff Plumbing to come and install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal today - February 3rd between 1pm and 5pm. We had not heard from them by 4:30pm today so I called the office and left a voicemail. I called 5 more times until the line was answered by the technician who was on-call. He said he was supposed to come to my home and had called around 2pm, but no one answered so he did not come. There were no missed calls, no voicemails left, nor any other attempt to contact us. We were at the house all afternoon. It's now after 5pm on a Friday so I will have to wait until Monday to find another plumber to come - all weekend with no water in my kitchen because this company is unprofessional."
