"ABC Supply is a mixed bag. I really liked the yard hands: very helpful and friendly. The desk crew on the other hand I found to be unsatisfactory. Without going into too much detail I will just say: Be prepared to spend some time making an order. They won't make even a vague estimate as to when your stuff will arrive but instead will promise to call when it does. Don't believe them: after one week call them and then call again every other day and gently inquire as to it's status."
