"Went yesterday spent 1100 on pendant for daughter. After purchase asked if Mr Mike could clean my chains. This man dropped a $7000 pendant. He looked at it like it was good. I get home it knocked a diamond out. On top of that tried to bust my head on the piece I did buy. I'm hot. Especially because he looked at it before he cleaned it. And as as jeweler when he dropped it know he seen that. Just bad business all the around this go around!"
