Pandora Jewelry

"I am over this cool springs location. I have supported this location for a long time but their jewelry cleaner has not been working since August and I have a lot of jewelry from this company. The main reason why I buy from pandora is for their care of their jewelry and the cleaning. The staff members get annoyed when i ask to clean my bracelet. I will not be supporting this company anymore."

She made some good suggestions and even told us about a new line of charms coming out for valentine's day. I am not a mall person, so I like to go and get what I need and leave. Ashley made this experience very easy and painless. I can see going back again for more charms in the future."

"This store went above and beyond. My husband ordered a ring on the website that came missing a stone. When I called customer service to have it exchanged I was basically told return it exchange to a store and if they don't have your size oh well. I wanted this specific style due to the meaning. Went to this location and they had the same style different color. Not a problem as I preferred the color they had. Sales rep advised me I'd need to pay the difference which I agreed too. When she explained to the manager she went above and beyond and did an even exchange without me asking. After saying we would never buy Pandora again this store changed that experience."

"Understand the Holidays are extremely busy but if I spend my time and am looking to spend money, the least they could do is service customers in order. Was there when they opened the doors this morning and skipped over not once but twice. The first I was willing to overlook but not the second. Then try to call and get some manager info and no answer. The Cool Springs Store has a lot to learn if they want to succeed."
