"My wife called Claire's in Cool Springs and made an appointment for the following day to have her ears pierced. We live in Spring Hill so it was a half hour drive. Unfamiliar with Cool Springs mall it took another 15 minutes of walking to find the store closed. We both called the store's number with no answer. We waited in the mall thinking someone was going to show up. Half an hour passed before we decided to leave. If the store had a staffing problem they had my wife's phone number and her email address. You would think that someone would have notified us to make an alternative appointment."
