They both were very pleasant people. Mr. Clark was quick to take my watch and remove a few links until it fit my wrist perfectly. They also did this for a very fair price. In fact I had called around to a few different jewelry stores in the area and EJ Sain had the fairest pricing from anyone I spoke to.
