"Looking to set a solitare and asked for quotes on different settings. I was told that I should have purchased diamond from them. Very vague on price of settings. I asked if could just buy the setting. I was told No! Male repair person very abrupt in his communications. I later found a larger jewelry store that not only sold me a setting, but was clear on price to set stone as well as the price of each setting without the stone mounted. Strange experience."

While this review focuses on the behavior I witnessed and not the quality of their products, it's important for potential customers to be aware of the values and practices of this business. I believe in supporting businesses that operate with integrity and respect for their community and competitors, which is why I cannot in good conscience recommend Gossage Jewelers."

I don’t often wear jewelry unless it is unique and I bought a vintage ring that is so beautiful. I can’t say enough about how fun it was to browse their selection and I’m already thinking about getting jewelry for family members. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are so reasonable! Family-owned and operated and their knowledge of jewelry was exceptional.
