"My grandmother had the well pump replaced in her house before she passed away 2 1/2 years ago, I was at her house the day she had the work done because she was at work and needed to have water in her house. After she passed I moved in the house and my dad and my aunt as her power of attorneys were responsible for any debt she may have owed, they payed what they wanted as I was not apart of that fast forward to 2023 and my well stopped working I called around to get quotes and my dad and aunt did not pay the debt my grandmother owed corums and they pinged my house so that no well company will come out to fix my well and I have two kids to take care of so we have been going back and forth between our house and my brother in laws since corum expects me to pay the debt that had absolutely nothing to do with me but my family plus pay for it to be fixed which as a mother is a little hard to come up with 4000 dollars so if you want them to work on your well or anyone make sure your family name doesn’t affect that because believe me anyone that refuses the work when you have the money to pay to fix it but not for debt that is not yours makes it a little hard when you have children."

"Rarely do I write reviews but occasionally a company's services exceed my expectations to the point of leaving me delighted rather than just satisfied. I recently call Corum for help with a new pump installation and service. My old pump failed and I wanted everything replaced. They were able to schedule an appoint for the day after I called. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Sebastian and Logan quickly diagnosed the problem and then presented me with options at every step in the process from selection of a new pump, use of reconditioned or new parts, and types of pipe. They made every effort to save me money without compromising the effectiveness or quality of the new system. They both worked tirelessly right through lunch and without a break. Since this is the first house I've owned with a water well, I was able to watch every step from removal of the old pump to installation of the new pump and the reestablishment of all plumbing connections. I was very impressed with their competency and workmanship. It was obvious they are both pros who take pride in their jobs - a rare thing these days. The final bill was very fair and reasonable. I really appreciate Corum's honesty, integrity, and expertise. They are my "go to" company for well service from now on."

"I called Coram pump service and was told they could have someone here in about 2 hours. Rodney and Charlton showed up on time, pulled the pump and found the problem to be a broken wire. They repaired the break, tested the pump and lowered it back down the casing in about 4 hours. Minutes later we had running water again. I had called five different local well service companies before realizing I had to call a company (Coram) that was 40 miles away. Great service is hard to find these days but I definitely found it. From now on I won't waste time on calling anyone else. Great job guy's! Thank you again."
