"I was depressed over damaging my mac screen. I went to multiple places to get estimates on the fixing costs and they were all charging absurd amounts of money just for a screen replacement. I come into this store and the worker gives me such an amazing price that I literally cannot believe it. He even ordered the part overnight for me just so I could have my laptop back as fast as possible. Not only was this almost half the price as the other stores were charging, it was fixed and prepared in just one day compared to the week that the other stores were estimating. He really accommodated all my concerns and worked with me as much as he could. I just picked the macbook up and so far, i see no issues whatsoever. I 100% recommend coming here and giving them your business because I am no longer depressed. Thank you again! I will be back if I have any issues like this in the future!"

"Avoid at all cost. I had a botched phone repair by the previous owners that the current owner would not stand behind. I made the ill advised choice to pay the new owners to repair the phone again - and was given a one year warranty at the time. One month later the phone fails again. They did not want to stand behind their repair and became argumentative and disrespectful. They finally fixed the phone at no charge after applying some pressure, but refused to give any guarantees. Here we are one month later again and their repair has failed. The man who works here is rude and insulting. Don’t believe that they will honor any warranty on their repairs. If you do make the poor decision to do business with them, make sure you get everything in writing…. Or better yet, avoid them altogether. Update: I took the phone to a reputable repair shop to have it repaired correctly and found that the repair done at ifixandrepair was worse than I expected…. There were multiple mistakes made. And as for the response from the owner, make no mistake, they have no interest in making this right, they are only attempting to save face by responding to this negative review in order to give the illusion that they care about correcting this. DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!"

"Repaired back of the phone and is as good as now. Only cost half as much as the other stores we called. Highly recommend. New case was a great deal as well!!"
