We called up Kington, who were able to come that day to check it out. They quickly found out it wasn't a blockage, but there was both a crack in the pipe in our basement as well as an incorrectly installed line. They took the time to both explain and physically walk through the issue. They even offered to directly contact whoever would perform the repairs for me to give them the exact details. They answered all of my questions in a way that made sense, and honestly just went above and beyond with their assistance, politeness, and patience. I 100% recommend them for this type of work, and would contact them again if something like this does (hopefully not) happen again."
