"If you are looking for a new HVAC system, DO NOT USE Rocky Top Air. My boyfriend and I had them install a brand new system into our house when we moved here in January of 2021. It has NEVER worked properly. We called them after the first night because it was 50 degrees in the house. For two years, we have never had working heat. We have had engineers from five other local HVAC companies look at the system. They each individually confirmed that the system Rocky Top Air put in was designed and installed completely incorrectly! The owner has never bothered to look at the system or even address the situation. Incompetent employees and an owner that doesn’t care… buyer beware!"
