Though they were covered up in storm repairs Mike Mobley provided an estimate promptly and fully itemized the needed repairs; most companies played the 'we don't know until we get in there' game even though there was literally a 10 foot hole in the roof and every needed repair was evident. Other companies were estimating 4-6 weeks as they worked their way through their backlog while Mike recognized the severity of the damage and prioritized the job within the week.
