"I had an appointment on Jan. 15 to receive an estimate on car repairs and chose Caliber because they are a Farmer's verified company and had good reviews. Hike took the time to share his analysis of what needed to be done and estimated that it would take 2 wks to complete. Ten days pass and Hike fails to submit the analysis to Farmer's to get the process started. I finally call, and Hike says that "we" forgot to take photos of the car when I brought it in - necessary for the estimate. He forgets to take photos of my car during an inspection, and fails to notify me to bring in the car for photos that he forgot to take until I call back 10 days later to ask why they've never been submitted. With this kind of negligence, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything."
