"The staff are nice and efficient when you sign the lease for your car but it has taken months for them to figure out the account on the payment platform, and their customer service sends you in circles and never calls back. 3 years ago, the follow up on signing the lease was also horrible; they lost the paperwork and were rude when further inquiries were made about the lease."
