"My blue heeler Chance got a small gash on top of his foot. I was worried because it looked deep so I brought him in. Everyone was amazing! The front desk staff was super nice and the vet techs were very informative and sweet to my baby. The vet was very kind and did a great job suturing his paw and caring for him. Thank you all for the great care!"
"Dog was experiencing some unpleasant symptoms at about 8 pm. We live about 45 minutes away from the closest emergency vet. We first went to the Trinity Road location in Cordova but they were busy and said my dog was not an emergency case. We then went to the location on summer. My dog was seen pretty quickly. The women behind the counter had great communication and we're pretty upfront about everything. Before they do anything they communicate pricing. It is expensive because it is an emergency location. I highly recommend using a CareCredit or credit card. Emergency services can be pretty hefty but the life of your pet is worth it. My dog ended up having a respiratory infection. I'm very grateful we did take her. They sent all of the records to her vet the next day and I was able to make a follow-up appointment with my dogs that. They confirmed the infection, treated her, and she's now doing great!! Note: please SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PET!"
"My family and friends visit this clinic from time to time, emergencies only. We love our pets but Lord have Mercy! I wish this place could set their prices much lower for po folks like us. Verify if needed. The Doctors and Staff were excellent with us."
"If you come in after hours, the rate for an exam is $165. However, you will not get the option to pay that $165 and leave. My dog had run through a plate glass window and had lacerations on his front right and back right legs. First option that I was given was $ 1,418.69 . I asked what about the $165 examination and and I could just have him take him to my vet in the morning. The nurse had a deep belly laugh at that and said okay I'll give you a bill for what we've done so far. I said well what you've done so far is the examination now be happy to pay the 165. She said oh no we've already done some a little bit of surgery and the minimum bill will be $459. We've put together his lacerations with sutures and Staples but he's going to require a skin graft and that's going to be the extra $1,000 but we can do that tonight. So I paid my $459 after making a couple of phone calls at 3:30 in the morning. And so far Fireball, my Staffordshire Terrier, seems to be doing pretty good but you don't get to pay the 165 just so you know."
"These doctors/staff saved my pups life. Thank you so much for treating us with the utmost urgency and care. They even trimmed his nails while he was sedated. We would not have our buddy with us today without them. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts."
