"I found this place as we were spending some time with family in town. We were on a road trip from Washington and came upon some steering issues. We managed to get squeezed in at a different shop for just a diagnostic, and found it to be a little extreme. That shop could not get us in for a week, and like I mentioned before, we were on a road trip. I called Giant to see if they could get us in for suspension work, and Ali answered the phone. He was very kind and helpful and was the only shop of many in the Lodi area that were willing to take us in. From the start they were helpful and kindhearted people that do genuinely care about the people they interact with in their work. Ali gave us a great deal for the work done and did not charge us for a diagnostic, as we had already paid for one by another shop. Both Steven and Ali did awesome work on the truck. They let us look in during the diagnostic and my boyfriend was back in the shop for some time during some of the work. They even stayed late after closing so we could get on the road. This was wonderful. The only thing is they could not get the alignment correct. But because they had trouble with it, they recommended us to a really good alignment shop in Stockton and took the price of the alignment off of our bill with them. Again, great service. We went to the suggested shop to do the alignment and the mechanics there discovered that Giant put the tire rods on the wrong sides. This is why the alignment didn't work. We hopped over to Giant again to fix the issue, they discovered it, admitted fault and fixed it immediately, and they did not charge us more. They began working on the alignment and still had issues getting it right. All was clear until we drove about a mile down the road. We noticed they did not straighten the wheel when doing the alignment. So we called Ali again and he said to come back and fix it. We turned around and waited for a while for it to be fixed. Admittedly, we were frustrated about the issues we had with Giant. I mean, I think my butt will be permanently imprinted into their waiting room sofa (lol) But we also recognize their care and willingness to make things right. It was slow but in the end the alignment and parts were fixed, and really that's all we can ask for."
