"June, 20 11:00am arrival time at loves total truck care to change out one tire took them until 6:00 pm very rude red headed lady very rude bad service lazy working men just sitting on chairs smoking cigarettes for more then the average lunch time never will come here again ever. The black man who was helping with tire was very hard working forgot to mention very hard working good stuff dude......"

"I just changed the oil in my truck and i asked them to check the air in all tires, differential and also grease and they said its gonna be extra so i was ok but they guy didn’t like that i said ok!!! So i was i left i checked the tires that i know they are low and guess what they are still the same low!! Wow now I wonder what they say they checked or changed and they never did!!! Thats why they dont want u around when they work in ur truck!! Dont fix or change anything here!!"

"Will never come here again!! Lady manager had me waiting all day with the impression that I'd be helped right away!! then managed to leave without letting other mechanics know I was supposedly to be helped right away!!! I mean come on.. we talked 4 different times Was it all fake customer service ???? Luckily the mechanic Dorian right away offered to put my truck on the reader at no charge! But still..a 5 hour wait..only to realize paperwork was never given to anyone!!° This is Horrible service..only cause i was assured they'd do their best to get.me in and out! Complete Bull@!$% But wait heres the fun part...5 days later I get a call saying they're ready to see me and that it's my turn to check my check engine light! Unbelievable!! I mean come on.. how do we lose paperwork then respond 4 days later..."

"The mechanics/techs, both on the phone and in person, were kind and helpful. The evening mechanic, Dorian, was knowledgeable and completed the repairs on my trailer in a reasonable amount of time and I was able to get back on the road and get to my delivery on time. I highly recommend this shop."

"I do nt want to give any star to tire care service i check in 4.45pm they lie with me to call you with in 2 hr i keep wait for a call but they nver call so i went them they said sorry we cant (take any more customers) the lady who work nov 29 10.22pm and they waist my almost 6hr else i dont hve any place any night to go with that tire its 10.22pm no parking no service my triler one tire is no good conditions thank guys waisting my 6 hr and stop lie with the drives and waist there time #liars"
