"This was by far in my life the worst auto repair service I have ever received and they have taught me a huge lesson to take your car back to the original maker. The integrity of this business is extremely low. In just over a year their service has gotten worse than the 1st experience. They misdiagnosed my car, took no ownership of the issue they caused, and charged me up the wall just for me to find out they placed manufactured parts on my car but charged you new price parts. They are not honest, they don't take ownership, and they are a completely dishonest business. They get over on their customers, one owner does not work on the cars but gathers much of the info from Ben and barely knows how to pass the information along. Ben is extremely rude and acts as if he knows it all but does not based on the reports from the actual dealership, they completely repaired everything wrong on the cars and were completely dishonest and uncommunicative for days at a time when they actually messed up while trying to fix what they did wrong instead of taking ownership and fixing. This place caused a whole electrical issue while replacing a bulb and caused the doors to no lock etc... A complete mess with this business THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST! All parts are used they don't replace parts new or get from the manufacturers of the cars and not much of savings at all. They warranty your parts for 12 months because after that it has to be replaced again. Save the long-term headache and money."

They were able to diagnose and fix a electrical problem that a other independent Mercedes-Benz shop in Stockton could not but still charged $135 for nothing. Would definitely come back to PR’s in the future. They are even connected to Carfax, just like the dealership where it shows all the maintenance history and work performed on your vehicle.
