"I just am had an EGR replacement done. The total came out to be 30% higher than the estimate bc they charge taxes on their labor. Which I’m pretty sure is illegal in Arkansas. So if you can go elsewhere then go elsewhere to a more honest mechanic. They may do good work but charging taxes on non taxable services is super dishonest. You have been warned."
"The owner had me tow my truck to his shop, and let it sit there for 2 weeks. I finally called him to hear that there’s nothing he can do because he didn’t have the tools to fix whatever it was. Then two days later he calls me and says he’s going to put a lien on my truck if I didn’t pick up within 24 hrs. Dudes a joke!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!"
