"Scheduling overbooked appointments confusion, and appointments not reconfirmed via text. Too often not seen by doctor but nurse practitioner. Request for lab work by physician specialist not respected by Summit nurse practitioner. Waited weeks to see doctor for lingering illness (which Summit nurse practitioner had been treating) and to get prescription only to have Summit administrator state that Dr Meyer has discharged and no longer wishes to be my wife's doctor. Summit administrator was rude and in CYA mode in my honest opinion. I'm left to wonder if these situations are even known by the doctor? Complaint filed with Tennessee Health Department. This is no way to treat a patient currently being treated and relying on doctor for critical prescription. To be dropped in such a manner is most unprofessional."

"I have been seeing this Provider for going on 2 years now. She is absolutely amazing in every single way. She is so flexible and is always willing to work with my schedule. Although she does not specialize specifically in Mental Health Disorders, she does everything in her power to address, help, and properly medicate to the best of her ability. In my honest opinion, she thoroughly listens and genuinely cares about some of my issues more than Psychiatrist does. Her doctor-patient relationship that she forms with her patients is outstanding and I could not ask for a better Provider. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would."
