"Here’s the issue: this office is filthy. Everything from the floors to the chairs is disgusting. The equipment itself is outdated, most of it well-worn and scratched. I noticed a thick layer of dirt and grime on the dental drimmel tool which appeared to be from the 1960’s. For me, personally, it was unacceptable that a dog was in the office. I like dogs. I even love dogs. But having a large, stinky dog in the room with you while you are getting your teeth cleaned is extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. This office felt like what I imagine going to a dentist in a third world country is like. I’m not even bothered by the fact that they were late 30 minutes, and had not checked into my dental insurance (even though I had supplied them with it twice before visiting). There were so many other major issues this fell to the back. Oh, and there were people walking through the office who were not patients or doctors. When I asked, the Dr. Blair said “oh, there’s a flat upstairs. Isn’t San Francisco quaint?” So that means there are strangers walking through the office? How is it secure at night? What about my medical records and SSN?! Needless to say, I declined a follow-up appointment and will never come here again. I hope this review can warn others."
