ALL the Dentists there were gentle yet thorough, making sure we felt comfortable throughout the cleaning process, especially for my little one. Yes you read that right, the cleaning was done by dentists and not hygienists. They were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our treatment options in detail and answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. The level of care and attention to detail they provided truly exceeded our expectations. We left feeling confident in my dental health and grateful to have found such a fantastic dental practice. "Another great visit to see my favorite Dentist in his office on Geary Blvd.and 25th! Dr. Lee and his two very competent Assistants, Crystal and Cherry, make such an excellent team. They worked together so smoothly on a relatively complicated prepping job for a bridge that I was still out of there on time and happy. I cannot recommend Dr Lee enough. I'm a nervous patient (and so is my wife) but we have learned to trust him and his team - even the two cheerful and proficient ladies who work the front desk and handle all the complicated billing make my day! I appreciate how they call me the following day to make sure everything is okay, after a significant procedure, I feel very well-cared for. I've had many Dentists over the years, and I'm so glad that for the last 10-15 years I've had the privilege of being his patient. (And my whole family, my wife and both children (now 18) have grown up with him and his staff, and we've all seen either Dr. Duong or Dr. Laio when he's not available and have felt the same level of care.) "I've been coming to Dr Wayne Lee's office for a while now, and the dental treatment & his dental team has been excellent & reliable. Recently I'm receiving a multi step tooth implant procedure. They have an in-house CT scanner that made this process convenient. And the procedure they have is smart & solid. Today, my implantation of the socket into the bone turned out to be surprisingly painless and smooth! Last but not least, Dr. Lee is a good, courteous communicator as well as a good dentist."
