"I would recommend this place , Dr. Angela An. First of all the service at the front desk is amazing Gisella guide me through everything about my insurance and coverage. Cecilia the assistance of the Dr.An alsovery helpful through all service. One thing that very impressed me about Dr Ann is she explained everything about my teeth how to treat it and what would cause if I do not get a good care of my teeth. Personally my experience is WOW. The dentist office is located in the center of the downtown San Francisco, which is easy to get to and find the parking"

"Worst experience ever! As a new patient and first time entering there office. Very unprofessional. Started doing the teeth cleaning then took x rays at the end. How does that make sense? Also, was not great in explaining what work needs to be done in the future and also chipped my husbands tooth during a teeth cleaning. At the end, my husband and I receive a bill for a teeth cleaning when it should be covered under preventative. All cleanings should be covered but I still have to pay as there office charge for “new patient consultaiton” I never heard of this. Never going back to this dentist. Also they are very unresponsive as they do not answer there phone. I won’t be coming back to this office again."

"Very horrible experience. We were new patients coming in for a cleaning and we were left with recently done filling over shaved. We are getting this fixed at a different dentist since they refused any help after wrong doing. We are also being charged twice for the same cleaning that was being covered by our insurance and front office is unable to answer the phone or respond to both us and our insurance. Horrible place for new patients"
