"We have been patients of this practice for almost 16 years and loved Dr. Swabe. He recently retired and Dr. Rhinehart took his place. We are NOT happy with her or Dr. Scott. My son is Asthmatic and was sick. I went in asking for an antibiotic and steroid. They both stated he had a “viral infection,” mind you they did not check for any type of bacterial infection. They did not listen to us nor were they compassionate. We were pretty much shooed away with a measly 6 steroid pills. Anyone with a true Asthmatic child knows this will do nothing to help him get better. I am extremely happy to be leaving this office if this is how they are going treat their patients."
