"My experience with them has been extremely positive. Everyone has been very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I received my machine quickly and they are prompt with addressing any minor issues to ensure my comfort and success."

"I will say all the staff have been pleasant during my visits, the cute dogs in the office made the visits worthwhile. On the other hand, it has been draining having to drive an hour and 15 minutes every month one way just to pay a $60 copay and at one of the appointments I was not warned beforehand that the internet was messed up and my CPAP settings couldn’t even be checked ( the only reason I came). I also have had the issue with an extensive wait for insurance authorization to receive certain care. Then the big one, I drive all that way for my MLST with bags packed only to find a snowy vacant parking lot with no notification/ call that the office was closed ( I tried calling 5+ times before going to the facility). With all this being said I’ll be taking my care elsewhere and this facility NEEDS someone to make calls when the office is closed/ inclement weather arises and appointments are cancelled. My time is valuable and it was very disappointing that I couldn’t even make a phone call to find out if my appointment was cancelled or not."

"20 minutes befor my appointment they call and tell me they no longer accept my HMO if i wanted to come on in i could pay her $140 for my follow-up office visit! I feel betrayed, could have called me weeks agoi feel betrayed been going there 4 years!"

"This place extolled their own virtues to the heavens-before they got paid for two back-to-back sleep studies-then tossed me to the curb. They wouldn’t follow-up, nor would they even return my urgent message about a possible drug interaction (involving a drug Barker had prescribed). They are callous, insensitive money-grabbers, nothing more."

"Loved the doctor. But after the first consultation waited over a month to have a pre-authorization to be submitted to my insurance so that I could have a sleep study done. I had to contact my insurance company and listened on three-way for my insurance company to request an authorization request. My insurance rep had no more luck talking to anyone more than I did. Communication with the office is horrendous. Barker sleep study is critically under staffed. Another issue is that I have been doubled billed. When addressing this issue I have had to call Barker's billing only to submit proof of payment as the billing office refused to contact the Barker Sleep Study billing team....apparently communication between the personal that collects the money and the personal that does the billing do not communicate. All in all a very bad experience."
