"I am having issues with making payments with this bank at Knoxville TVA Credit Union. They have accused us of not paying even after providing banking information numerous times. On top of that, I have set up an automatic payment three or four times, but I have to continually have to check my bank account to make sure it has actually come out on our end and the whole process starts all over again! I am filing a credit complaint for their unethical practices."
