Reviews
"I don't work here but my husband with 13 yrs flatbed w/ hazmat/tanker +TWIC is seeking. It's ashamed the employees are treated disrespectful and trucks are junky. The company review's responses are typical sooth it over responses. I will tell hubby to keep on trucking pass this one. A company is as good as their employees. Sadly"
"Fraleyandschilling has been a great company as an employee to an independent contractor. Been here over seven years I plan on being here many more and helping making this company great. I've been treated like a driver not a number all way from owner all way down to the operations side of the company. You don't go everywhere and the family personally greets you and shakes your hand and tells you thank you for all you do for them. If you have a problem they will personally talk to you and do what they can do to help you. And if you need to improve they will help you on what you need to do"
"My dad died 12/19 in their truck. The way this company has handled this has been completely unacceptable. We had to beg them to even track his truck when we couldn’t get in contact with him. They won’t return calls, had to drive all the way to Knoxville to even get them to talk to us.. we get there and they make us wait a hour and a half to even speak to us. The disrespect they have shown my dad and my family during this time is something no family should ever endure. This sorry excuse for an employer couldn’t at minimum send flowers to my dad’s funeral. HR is zero help, Carla came out with zero compassion or care after ignoring our calls. Gave us a number that she assured we could reach her at and still doesn’t answer or return calls. Allen my dad’s supervisor spoke with my dad everyday and my dad thought highly of him and he never reached out.. This company does not care about their employees."
"Was there two years even though the job was in Manchester they moved me to Morrison added 2 hours to my workday I couldn’t reason with dispatch it’s clear they think of drivers as disposable hence why they have lost 7 drivers in under 3 months. I constantly worked over and never missed but dispatch only cares about numbers and they will ignore servicing the truck ,they even tried to sneak illegal loads on trailers and push back when you refuse, I had a load that clearly belonged on a flatbed but they loaded on my van trailer thanks to my dispatcher telling the vendor we would deliver but I refused it because there was no way to secure the load and they said they were doing us a favor by letting us haul that load. The shop is good though they get a lot of flack but mainly that’s because dispatch won’t allow drivers to get trucks fixed or serviced so of course there will be problems."
"So the employees are nice and they gave a rental car and hotel. They also allowed me to have my service dog with me at all times. They do provide 3 meals during orientation and are eager to best accommodate any food allergies and whatnot. Props. But found out when we arrived Monday, found out that instead of returning the rental car on Wednesday (like I was told and made accommodations for), we were doing it today. Then, we went to clean out the rental car and they gave back my social security card AND driver's license out with all my information exposed just openly laying on the table. This was a room with the door open and just anyone can walk in. When I mentioned something I was blown off. Another new hire had the same situation. They had some guy (another new hire) follow me to the pilot. Idk this guy. I don't feel that they thought about these things. I'm hoping that things get better from here. They seem to be a decent company. Then the instructor joked about how my husband being a dog. Everyone was laughing. I don't find that funny but very disrespectful. I am not one to shy away from locker room talk and I get we are truckers but as an employer you should not be insulting your employees especially on day 1. My husband and I keep to ourselves and do not know anyone here."
