"Overall the experience was fine, I did wait 30min for the doctor after my cleaning. That is the only thing I did not like. The fluoride they use isn’t super sweet so I was relieved about that. They were gentle in my cleaning and didn’t hurt me, they explained things very clearly so that I understood what they will be doing."

"Went in for a 15min appointment and left an hour and a half later. That is NOT okay. The purpose of making an appointment is to not have to go through unnecessary waiting time. I do understand the doctors being busy being 15minutes late at most… but being over an hour late is completely unreasonable. Overworking your doctors by giving them multiple clients in one allotted appointment time causes the service to be rushed and stressful on the client. As someone who gets overwhelmed easily, this has been one of my worst visits so far. Not only did I have to reschedule previous engagements, due to tardiness. When I finally got attended I was met with overworked doctors bouncing around the place and rushing the process and being accidentally rough with the treatment."

"It was my first time at Smiles of Eastlake. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was nice and welcoming as well. Once I saw the doctor, he was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and look forward in coming back for my 6 month checkup. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!"
