"I came to Eastlake Family Dentistry after having multiple bad experiences at another dentist. The whole staff here is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. All of the work I’ve had done here so far has been quick and pain free, which is a nice change! Both doctors I’ve worked with have been very caring, thorough, and clear with all procedures. I’m happy to say I finally found a dentist’s office I’ll stick with!"

"All went well!! First time I visited Eastlake Family Dentistry and I'm glad I went with them. Staff was cordial and dentist very nice and professional. The only small issue was that my appointment was at 1pm Since it was the first time going to Eastlake, I got there 15 minutes early just in case there was paperwork to do. Their offices, (locked doors) are closed for lunch from 12 to 1pm. I had to wait outside in the halls for over 15 minutes. Not a big deal but if I had even warned ahead of time I could have gotten there a bit later and have waited outside less time. While waiting, I looked for a restroom. I found one on the first floor. I could not go in because it had a combination lock. Luckly all I wanted to do was wash my hands. Again not a big deal. Next time I'll know. Definitely there will be a next time."

"Upon entering the office I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist (who even ran outside to give my earrings I left along with a new patient gift)! The dental assistant (I can’t remember her name) was extremely kind and she made sure I was comfortable. Finally, Dr. Jones was amazing! She thoroughly explained everything, she was down to Earth and friendly! I am so thankful to have found this amazing office!"

Dr jones is a very comforting and answers and explains every question that I ask. She is very knowledgeable. I trust her with anything. And the my hygienist Victoria, Amazing!!"
