"My cat and I had our first vet appointment this week since I adopted him. He is normally a very relaxed, confident cat, but being at the vet put him on edge, to say the least. Despite his stressed-out aggression, the vets and staff treated him kindly and with good humor, and they completed as much of the checkup as he would tolerate. Unfortunately, my cat had an adverse reaction to his vaccines overnight. Everyone at The Pet Hospitals was very responsive, answering all of my questions over the phone and squeezed us in to their schedule ASAP when it became clear I could not help him anymore at home. Shout-out to Sophia who spent extra time with us on both days, first showing me some tips on nail trimming (as much as we could despite his spiciness) then sitting with us a little longer on the return visit to make sure he stayed calm and trusting. Also thank you to Drs. Lipscomb and Cozzarelli for answering all of my questions and helping to keep my cat healthy!"

"called to try to speak to a vet and Jules was rude and no help. she wouldn’t let me speak to anyone and kept back talking. when i asked to speak to a vet about suggestions since i spent around $300 and hadn’t received any help or resolutions for my sick dog she just kept going over how much i actually paid. i know what i paid and wasn’t calling for a price check. the last 2 times my dog was shaking and scared to go inside and now i understand why."
