"I gave this location four stars because they didn’t have much in stock but keep in mind I did go in the evening. All the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I was picking up some items for my salt water aquarium and surprise to see they actually sale coral."

"Staff was great. I ended up going twice. There was a young gentleman who helped me the first day that I was there. He was there the second day I came back with Scarlett. He helped me decide which brush would be best for her coat. Since we travel a lot and stay in hotels, I wanted to make sure I keep her as tidy as possible. Scarlett also really loved him! Here is Scarlett with her new backpack from Petco!"

"This is my favorite Petco in the Memphis area! This was the first Petco I attended regularly with my first dog, and even though I have moved to Bartlett I keep coming back! The staff is so sweet, and they are all passionate about what they do! The store leader is so kind, and the cashiers are always eager to engage in conversation. The trainer, Allie, has trained my dogs and she is wonderful! My dogs adore her, and are always so excited for class!"

"This is in one of the older parts of the shopping center, next to the sad looking Party City, near where the old music store was on the corner of Highland and Poplar. They've recently renovated or moved things aroud (probably covid reasons) and its much brighter and feels so much more open. Yet it still retains that aged character that's hard to describe. Prior to this, the store was dark and claustrophobic. The ceiling was so low in some areas, I felt I was chancing my life walking into the store. The animals and staff seemed happy and healthy, but that place was bleak. And you know what? I liked it that way! Sometimes I like to be all gloomy AND look at cool aquatic plants, the bearded lizards, and the latest in cat box technology! I knew where the special dog food and the general area for that one kind of fish cat treats that only they carry that Al will eat. Now I have to ask for assistance. Which isn't the horrible awkward mess you'd think because my best friendsare animals. The staff are all really knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, seem pretty happy and into animals. This is and has always been a really great place to wander and/or pick up pet supplies. You will spend more than you thought you would because there's so much stuff that you didn't know your pets needed. But they do. I miss the gloomy, but it is nice to go into a store where you don't feel like everything is crawling with covids."
