He paid for new parts and repairs without increasing the price. He even delivered the bike to me without an extra charge and gave me a demonstration of all of the bicycle's features. "My family and I had SO MUCH fun, I highly recommend this activity to ANY family or group. We rode the entire Humboldt Bay Trail from north to the south end and back. It was beautiful and we had a wonderful time together. The bikes are perfect equalizers of biking ability, everyone could keep up, no one got tired and we ALL felt like giddy children. We had a blast! Everyone was personally fit on bikes that were just right for them, given well fitting helmets, and personalized instruction so we all felt confident and prepared. All along the way folks asked us where we rented them, because we were clearly having a great time, we pitched Redwood Cycles every time. Then folks asked where we were from, thinking this must be a tourist activity, it was fun to say we're from HERE : ), on a great "staycation". At one point we just rode all around a large parking lot, and laughed the whole time, these bikes are so fun. It was pure joy to see the huge smiles on every face. "We had a great experience with Redwood Cycles! We rented two bikes for the day, and rode the Hike & Bike event on Newton B Drury Parkway. Rode about 16 miles throughout the day on both bikes and still had a charge. Great little touches, like a snack and bottle of water, bikes were new and in great shape. Stephen went out of his way to help us out and I highly recommend!"

"Fantastic Rental Service I rented their Yamaha V-Star 1100 for the weekend to have the chance to view Humboldt on two wheels. The bike was in great condition and a good choice for a long distance ride. Driving down the Lost Coast and the Avenue of the Giants was a great experience that I would absolutely recommend to anyone. They dropped off the bike with a full tank and picked it up right at my house. Fantastic experience, I highly recommend!"
