The only downfall is their hours can be very hit or miss, many times when I go to shop there’s a new handwritten sign on the door with a reason the store is closed that day."

"Worst experience ever. I was sold a defective item, which I really hope was unknown by them because if that's the case, their business is even more pathetic than I view it now. Regardless, I left thinking I could fix the item, which is what they told me, which I did but then it began falling apart completely, rendering it completely unwearable. I called pleasantly and stated what happened and I was treated rudely and judgmentally when I asked for a refund. This was all over a $25 item too. They didn't even take any responsibility for the crap that they sold me, obviously I would not have paid a cent for the item if I knew it couldn't have been fixed because it ended up going in the trash. Don't shop here, there are better places in Arcata to shop."
