"I do not like truffle but this place the truffle pasta is high notch. Not only the sauce but the hand made “Tagliatelle” super duper great. I liked crudo but not really sure we’ll order the beef tartare. It’s not that bad but not so great. Please have a tiramisu. Those hazelnut syrup is unbelievable!!! Still it’s little cold in there so all the dishes was little cold."
"This place is so fancy inside and a perfect date night spot. I ordered one of their tasting menus. Price range is a bit over $100 so it's not somewhere you can go every night. It is definitely an experience worth trying and I would come back again. The staff were excellent and the bathrooms were clean. Note that there is parking specially for the restaurant area. You should park there and not street parking because they can validate it for you. I didn't know this and paid for street parking which is limited to an hour only and they don't validate that. I got the truffle and cheese menu and although majority of the pastas were delicious, I did find it to be a tad salty."
"Came here 1/2 at noon and was seated at the bar. Opted for the classic tasting menu (2 people). They didn’t have the vongole available when I went so it was replaced with the ravioli. Yellowtail crudo- this dish is shared between 2 people so 4 slices/person. A olive oil and citrus kind of drizzle typical of this dish. 8/10 Pomodorini e basilico- perfectly Al dente noodles with light olive oil paired with the acidity of the yellow tomatoes. Personally I think it could have been salted a bit more. 9/10 Ravioli di ricotta- great marinara sauce and the ricotta taste wasn’t overwhelming. 9/10 Pomodoro- great Al dente noodles and marinara taste. 9/10 Tiramisu- great creamy taste and not overly sweet. 9/10 Each of the pasta dishes were the tasting menu portions, which are half portions of each dish. The bill came out to $87 for 2 people for the tasting menu, which is quite steep given the small portions and no meat used in the noodle dishes. I would probably just opt for single dishes next time."
"I went with my husband and his mom for dinner and had a lovely time. The pastas were all very tasty and the noodle textures were phenomenal. We shared the Cheese and Truffle tasting menu and added an Amatriciana. The crudo was very fresh and tiramisu was also very delicious. I only wish they had more things (protein or veggie) in their pastas or at least had proteins as options for add-on’s or offered them as side/entree dishes. Regardless, food was top notch. They don’t take reservations though so I’d suggest going early or put your name down when you aren’t too hungry yet!"
"Uovo is a dream come true for pasta lovers and purists of Italian cuisine. They import their goods like the pasta and dough from Italy daily because the eggs & other ingredients contribute to the the taste, texture, and overall experience of eating authentic regional food you can’t get anywhere else. With a family of four we did the two different tastings and it was just an overall lovely dinner. Be prepared to wait for seats and i do recommend eating at the counter so you can see how everything is prepared including the pasta that is finished off in the cheese wheel. Would love to come back."
