"I reached out to Eric practically last minute for a trip across town while my car was in the shop. He was able to accommodate both my husband and I for cheaper than what other ride share companies were charging. The vehicle was clean and free of any weird smells or stains or anything like that. Eric was friendly and made respectful conversation. On the way back he asked us follow up questions about our car and our opinions of that particular repair shop and also gave us some advice on his experiences with car dealerships in the area. Overall, it was a great experience and we actually learned a handful of things from him. Highly recommend."

"I ordered a ride around 4 AM and they told me it would be 5:15. At 5:20 I called and asked if they had an updated ETA and the dude said "Idk...maybe another 15 or 20?" About 30 mins later I called again to see if someone was still on the way, left a couple messages, and never got a call back. I gave up and called Classy Taxi, figured I'd just call back and cancel if Murfreesboro Taxi showed up. Well they never did and Classy Taxi picked me up at 7:15 am. I'm pretty chill but it's messed up to let someone sit around for 2 hours thinking they are going to get picked up. At least call and say you can't make it if you can't make it"

"If I could give no stars I would. The set up was wrong from the start. Being new to the area I relied on a service that obviously didn't listen to where I needed to go. Gave the address at the time of setting up the ride and was taken to the wrong location this making me late for an interview. I advised I didn't know how long I would be there but needed a ride back. Not done. The driver was great. However the service I received was horrible. I would never use the services again and Eric was the worse."
