"My husband, friend, and I ordered last night. As far as I’m aware, they do not have a build your own option, so I always have to modify my sandwich a lot because I have dealt with food issues my whole life. Anyways, we get the sandwiches and the other two wrappers have the numbers “3” and “6” written on them. My sandwich has the word “weird” written on it. I immediately got really upset because I’m already self-concious about my food issues and have been my whole life—it’s a big struggle for a lot of autistic people like me."
"Ordered BLT with DOUBLE BACON. Didn't receive it. Spoke with manager and he admitted that a delivery driver took my order and didn't know the menu. I refused to go back to the store and the manager did offer to deliver but couldn't give me any idea when as his driver's we're out. Right thing to do would be to offer another sandwich at another time but he refused that to no end. Poor customer service to a repeat customer who spent over $50 at your establishment. Won't visit the Murfreesboro Maine St location again!!!"
"Always top a notch sandwich shop. I work crazy hours and order from this location to be delivered to my office quite frequently. Food is always great and service quick. I also really like the low carb option of an unwitch."
