"Horrible!!! I placed an order and waited for over an hour and still never received it. Then I call to figure out whats going on and they said it was already delivered. B.S.!!!! I had to call the 800 number to get my money back and didn't get an apology or anything. Unacceptable and Never again!!"

"Ordered on-line and was told I could get 2 liters of soda. Then had a delivery driver call me to say they do not have what I ordered. I instructed them to bring me an equivalent amount and then the store called me to say they had no two liter Diet Pepsi and would take it off my bill. I ordered and wanted soda and would have bought more small bottles, but your people did not offer to sell anything or provide options. Instead, customer service was awful and you lost sales because of it. Completely ridiculous and horrible communication and obviously this particular person is not customer oriented or sales oriented in any way!"

"Locks door as customer is walking up, 5 minutes before posted closing time, proceeds to say they cancelled the order because they stopped taking orders at that time. Was placed 20 minutes before close. I know Saturday nights might be long and sucky but I don't ever remember being able to close down, on a prime night, early and turn away customers."

"I had an interview with Papa John's on Cason ln Thur 21st and the people were nice the on shift leader was courteous and very respectful. I hope to get the job with them because it would be a great experience working with people who seem to care for you as a person."
