"I just wanted to update my review. For the last 12 weeks I have lived in Memphis with my grandson at St Jude; he has, OR I can now say, had Leukemia (ALL). When I called Donna and told her that I would love to continue me lessons (piano and voice) from Memphis; she was so supportive. We are staying at the Ronald McDonald House and they have a piano in their "Worship Room". I have been able to participate in all of my lesson times (virtually) and Donna has been more than patient with my progress because I am not always able to practice as much as I would like, so thank you. One more issue I would like to cover...I owned my own business for 27 years and sold it in 2015. When people ask me what helped me have this successful business for so long, I tell them being consistent. General this was accomplished by writing down expectations, and having everyone involved agree. Then if there were ever a misunderstanding we could always go back to our agreement and work out this issue. I have had other business dealing with small businesses without an agreement thankfully without any Issues, but one of the things I appreciated about working with Donna is that she provides this document that we both agreed to, and we have never had a problem."
