"Disingenuous"

"My company pays for three visits to a therapist through Compsych. After that, the therapist has to file with our health insurance. On my son’s fourth visit, David Maxey demanded payment. My son called me so Mr. Maxey would talk to me. He basically told me I needed to pay right then and he would file to the insurance later. I was away from my desk and it was going to take me about 15-20 min to get to my purse, so I told him I’ll call him with the credit card number in about 15-20 min. My son started talking to him about his problems and Mr. Maxey stopped him and ask him to wait until I call back. Then, they waited in silence for a while and ask him to call me. Of course our bill was for the whole hour but the therapy was only for 45 min that day. He is all about the money!"

"David Maxey is only concerned with getting your money. He canceled my appointment only 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment but charged me when I canceled 22 hours in advance. He demands that if you are going to cancel, you must do it 24 hours before the appointment. It just does not extend to him cancelling only 45 minutes before my appointment. Do not get involved with this guy."
